To be the leading resource and voice of Hispanic and diverse small businesses in the Greater Inland Empire region, and beyond, to ensure the success of our local communities.

HCSB was formed in 2022 in the Greater Inland Empire region of Southern California and is committed to be the leading resource and voice of Hispanic and diverse small businesses in this region and beyond to ensure the success of our local small business communities.

A new nonprofit organization – the Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses (HCSB) – has been formed in the Greater Inland Empire region of Southern California and is committed to becoming a national organization serving local Hispanic and diverse small business communities throughout the United States. HCSB holds both the 501(c)6 and 501(c)3 IRS nonprofit designations.
