To champion and empower coalitions among Hispanic and diverse small businesses, government, and local communities in the Inland Empire region, and throughout the State of California, by providing resources and opportunities to ensure their success.
The Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses (HCSB) was formed in 2022 in the Inland Empire region of Southern California and is committed to be the leading resource and voice of Hispanic and diverse small businesses in this region and beyond to ensure the success of our local small business communities.
