In her role she ensures that all students are receiving high impact instruction and that they are receiving support services to meet their needs. She has been working in the education field for 21 years. She started as a substitute teacher, elementary, middle, school, and high school teacher. She has a Bachelor's Degree, two Master Degrees, and her Doctorate in Educational Justice. In addition, she supports the District's Family engagement programs that support the Rialto community. Dr. Ingrid Lin has been living in the Inland Empire for the past 25 years.

Her passion for education and supporting the success of all children in diverse communities has been shaped over the past 20 years as an elementary, middle, and high school teacher, adjunct college professor, along with administrative experience in three different districts. Her goal has also been to be part of a community that focuses on providing opportunities to small businesses. Her goal is to enhance the success of local businesses among our Hispanic communities. She believes that organizations that focus on empowering our small businesses benefit the families and business owners. In this new role, she looks forward to developing positive partnerships with small businesses where everyone will benefit. She is humbled to be part of the Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses community where she knows she will be learning and growing as she steps into this new role.
